Running progress manchester osteopath

6 weeks 5 days preparation left.Profress to date: So far the training is going well, last week managed a 4 mile run Monday, 3 mile interval training wednesday with an easy session the day after, followed by a 6 mile run at the weekend, Still looking to increase speed as I'm at about 10minute miles with a target of 2hrs for the race itself so need at least 9minute miles. If you have any top tips drop me an email as it would be greatly appreciated.
